Ingredients

50ml Chancer Irish Whiskey

Soda water

Lemon Zest

Ice

Method
  1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
  2. Pour in the Chancer Irish Whiskey.
  3. Top up with soda water.
  4. Garnish with lemon zest.
  5. Stir gently to combine the flavours.
