Blended by a craftsman. Flavoured by a city.

In the 19th and early 20th centuries, distilleries made unbranded spirit, selling the ‘new make’ whiskey to wine & spirits merchants, publicans and retailers. These ‘Bonders’ – so called because they held their whiskey ‘in bond’ without paying duty, then aged, blended and bottled it, each creating their own unique Irish Whiskey.

Our own Irish Whiskey blends are a return to that era – spirit blended by a master craftsman, flavoured by Belfast’s rich history.

Blended by a craftsman. Flavoured by a city. Blended by a craftsman. Flavoured by a city.
Blended by a master-distiller. Flavoured by a city.

Whiskey born a century ago when our city bounced and sang with hope. That’s why, right now is the perfect time to bring it back.

Bonding is back and we are leading the charge.

A singular whiskey that’s a blend of five whiskies.

Just what you’d expect from a singular city that’s a blend of nine quarters.
