Grafter Whiskey Sour

Serves 1

Ingredients

50ml Grafter Irish Whiskey

35ml Lemon Juice

15ml Sugar Syrup

2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Fresh Egg White

Ice

Lemon Zest

Method
  1. Add all the ingredients to a boston shaker and dry shake for two minutes.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake again.
  3. Shake all of the ingredients (except for the lemon zest) hard with ice.
  4. Strain into an ice-filled tumbler glass.
